The apartment contains 5 rooms. 1 living-dining kitchen with a table for 8 persons. 1 very spacious bathroom with bath, bidet, shower, toilet, 2 washbasins, heated towel rails. 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with double bed 160-200 cm and 1 extra bed 200-80 cm. 1 bedroom with three single beds. 1 room with sofa bed and single bed. The house is situated on piste 5 only 250m above the village. The first restaurants and shops in the village are at a 8-10 minutes walking distance. A car is not necessary. You will be brought to Les Clochards at the beginning and at the end of your trip with your luggage. The restaurant Les Clochards is no longer in use. Magnificent views over the village, the slopes and the Matterhorn. Large terrace with chairs and table.

GENERAL INFO

This top-floor flat with panoramic views of the Matterhorn / Il Cervino is located ski in ski out on piste No. 5 just above Cervinia. The flat has three bedrooms and a very spacious bathroom. The apartment is an 8 minute walk from the village of Cervinia with all its lovely restaurants and shops. The flat is not accessible by car. You will be brought upstairs with your luggage on arrival. All necessary amenities are within walking distance.

There is wifi, a bluetooth box, television, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, kettle, oven, microwave, games, toys, highchair and a cot.

Linen, bedding and towels can be rented for €15,- per person. Blankets are already at the property.
